Step by step
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the butter with the sour cream.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Knead the dough.
Step 3
You will get a soft and fine dough, leave it aside until you prepare the filling.
Step 4
Drain the oil / water well, add the greens, a little salt and pepper to taste - mix well.
Step 5
Spread the tart dough in a baking dish greased with a little butter.
Put the fish filling, distribute it evenly.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 7
Pour this mixture over the filling. Spread the whole surface with a spoon.
Step 8
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes, until nicely browned and evenly browned.
Step 9
After cooling, sprinkle a little green on top.
