each can is 160g (130g net weight of tuna)

Step by step
Step 1
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sour cream.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Knead to form a dough.
Step 3
Set aside the soft dough until ready to fill.
Step 4
Drain the tuna thoroughly, then add chopped greens, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Roll out the crust in a buttered baking dish.
Add the fish mixture, spreading it evenly.
Step 6
In a bowl, blend the sour cream, eggs, and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 7
Pour the mixture over the filling, smoothing the top with a spoon.
Step 8
Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Step 9
Once cooled, garnish with additional greens.
