Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and sauté in a little oil, stirring periodically.

When the chicken begins to brown, add finely chopped mushrooms or drained canned mushrooms.
Stir and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat.
Step 4
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, rinse with cold water, and place in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Step 6
In the pasta bowl, add finely crumbled Feta cheese using your hands or a fork.

Next, add the mushrooms and chicken, and pour the egg and sour cream mixture evenly over the top.
Step 8
Mix everything well, place it in a deep oven tray (greased with a little oil or butter), and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
Step 10
Serve immediately or allow it to set for at least another 15-20 minutes.
If served warm, it won't hold the shape perfectly.
