Step 1
Wash the chicken breast and cut into slices about 0.5 mm - 1 cm thick.

Put the chicken breast pieces in the microwave (or oven).
Add thinly sliced apples, finely chopped onion and garlic.

Add salt, pepper, curry and mix the whole composition well with a spoon.
Step 4
Cover with a lid (special microwave dish).
For the oven - you can put a lid on the tray, if you have one, or cover it with aluminum foil.
Step 5
Place the dish in the microwave for 8 minutes at 650-800W.
Leave in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After this time, remove the meat and you will have to untie the pieces from each other with a spoon, they will stick easily together.
Step 7
Add flour and sour cream, mix well with a spoon.
Step 8
Cover with a lid (foil) and put in the microwave for 4 minutes or in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 9
After removing the dish from the microwave, leave it with the lid covered for another 4 minutes - this is how long the cooking process takes.
Serve immediately from the oven.
Step 10
Serve hot with any favorite garnish - vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc.
