Savory Cheese and Ham Bread
It is a recipe invented almost on the spot, at the workshop - it was shown that you can make sweet and salty cake. As a result, I was surprised too, everyone appreciated it, it was very tender, soft, fluffy and delicious.
At home I repeated it, I wrote down and measured the ingredients - I used what I had in the fridge, here you can even sprinkle with the filling. So far I have made ham, cheese, mushrooms / olives, but you can also put other vegetables, sausages, meat, etc.
The husband was very impressed and glad that I found a good alternative to the morning sandwiches.

Step by step
Step 1
Melt the butter and let it cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt - you don't need a mixer, beat them lightly with a fork.
Step 2
Add butter to the eggs - mix.
Then pour the yogurt, mix again with the whisk.
Step 3
And the last thing is flour and baking powder - mix well so that they are not lumpy.
Step 4
It should be a thicker dough, like a thick cream.
Step 5
And finally add the diced cheese and ham, plus the other sliced or diced vegetables.
Mix with a spatula or spoon.
Step 6
Pour the dough into a cake tin lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 7
Before taking it out of the oven, do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, take it out and leave it in the tray for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8
Remove it from the pan on a bottom and let it cool completely - it would be perfect to cut it at least an hour after baking.
Step 9
Serve it as you like - as an appetizer at a more festive meal or with a family breakfast.
It is absolutely perfect, I really recommend you try it.
Good appetite!
