In a bowl put white flour and oatmeal, pour water and mix with a whisk :)

Add the yeast and sugar, mix.

Cover the bowl with something and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After this time add salt and oil, mix and leave for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
Heat a frying pan, grease it with a little oil - and grease it with oil only the first time, then you don't have to.
Pour with a larger spoon or polish a little pancake batter and bake them on both sides, until nicely browned.
I preferred to make them a little smaller, in a bigger pan I put 3 pancakes.

Or you can make more even pancakes in a smaller pan.

As you make them, arrange them on a plate.

And ready, serve them with whatever you like - honey, jam, etc.
