Step by step
Step 1
In a saucepan, measure the sugar and water, bring to a boil, stirring periodically.
Step 2
When all the sugar has dissolved and the composition starts to boil, turn the heat to low and leave for 5 minutes - very important here not to boil less (chocolate will be too soft) or more (chocolate will be too hard and dry).
Step 3
After this time take the pan off the heat, add the butter and stir until it dissolves completely.
Step 4
Then add the powdered milk, mix well with a whisk so that they are not lumpy. I used the Tupperware spoon , f.comod for finer things to mix.
In addition, it would be good to pass the powdered milk through the flour sieve, so that there are no small white lumps in the chocolate - I didn't do that and I had them, it's not serious but not really perfect :)
Step 5
And the last one is cocoa and flavors. Mix well so that they are not lumpy and the composite is uniform.
Step 6
Pour the composition into a tray about 20x20cm, greased with a little oil and covered with food grade plastic wrap.
Dip walnuts / hazelnuts / stfaids on top - put all this in the fridge until it hardens well - it will take about 3-4 hours.
Step 7
After this time, pour the chocolate on a bottom or on the table with the bottom up.
Step 8
If it has nuts, I prefer to cut it face up, it will be a better and cleaner cut.
Step 9
Slice it as you like, I would recommend making smaller pieces because it is quite consistent.
Step 10
And ready, quickly a hot tea on the table and enjoy with pleasure :)
Good appetite!
