In a non-stick pan, preferably siliicon (you will surely be able to remove it from the pan), cut the bananas into rounds.

In a mixer mix well the rest of the ingredients: sour cream, flour, sugar, eggs, water and vanilla.
Step 3
Pour the dough into the pan and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 4
After this time, the flan browns and rises slightly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit - leave it, but don't worry, it's okay.
Step 5
Then take it out of the pan and serve with a little powdered sugar or whipped cream.
