Step 1
Corn must be bought with leaves. When you take it, loosen it a little at the top and see that the berries are beautiful and tender - neither too dry nor too white / green.

Each corn is well cleaned of leaves and "mustaches", the tips are cut which are empty (it only takes up a lot of space in the pan).

Arrange the corn in the pan.

Cover with a row of leaves and pour water to completely cover the corn. As you pour water you will notice that the corn rises, so hold it a little by hand to see the water level correctly.

Put a lid on the pan and turn on the stove, when it starts to boil, turn down the heat and leave for about an hour and a half.
Step 6
After this time, check the corn with a fork, if it is still hard, leave it.
When it's done, leave it like this in the water, covered with a lid - if you take it out of the water and leave it exposed, it will dry quickly and will be inaccurate.
Step 7
Serve hot, sprinkle with coarser salt and for who knows - cut a clove of garlic in half and rub the corn well - you will have an aromatic delicacy :)
