Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and clean them well.
Step 2
Turn on the oven, grease the pan with a little oil.
Step 3
Pour the mushrooms into the pan, making sure they are on one level - don't overfill the pan.
Step 4
Put the tray in the oven - you will notice on the way that the mushrooms leave water and decrease in volume. I recommend, so as not to wait too long until the water drops on its own, take the tray and carefully hold it with a lid or plate of mushrooms and drain the juice left.
Step 5
Let them continue to cook until they start to brown - take the tray 1-2 times out of the oven and shake it to turn the mushrooms on all sides (to brown) - or mix them with a spoon / spatula.
Step 6
Notice how much the mushrooms are falling - I had a tray full of fresh mushrooms here. That is, just be careful when calculating portions.
Step 7
After they have browned nicely on all sides, take them out of the oven, season with salt and pepper and ... ready!
Serve them with what you like, they are delicious.
