Step by step
Step 1
Grind the biscuits well either with a blender or through a mincer.
Step 2
Melt the butter (I put it in the microwave for 1 minute).
Step 3
Add the butter to the whipped cream and mix well with your hands or a spoon, so that it is a thicker and slightly sticky composition.
Step 4
Spread with food foil a tray with high edges that come out (if you can remove the cake and without the edges that come out then use a simple round tray), put foil on the edges.
Place the above composition in the tray and press it to come evenly over the entire surface of the tray.
Step 5
Put the gelatin in 100ml of water, then heat it well until it dissolves completely in the water - be careful not to boil it, it will lose its gelling qualities.
Step 6
The sweet cream mixes well with the sugar - it didn't harden for me and I left it like that. Of course, it would be perfect to get a stronger cream, but don't worry anyway, the gelatin catches them well.
Then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well so that they are not lumpy.
Step 7
Then add the gelatin dissolved in water and mix well again.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into the tray lined with biscuits, level and refrigerate until the cream hardens well.
It hardens in about 2 hours if you have no problems with gelatin or the refrigerator.
Step 9
When it is ready, take it out of the tray, decorate as you like and serve it with great pleasure :)
Good appetite!
