Step by step
Step 1
Apples are washed, cleaned and cut into pieces or grated. Add a little sugar - 2-3 tablespoons, but put to your liking - and cook over medium heat.
Step 2
Stir periodically, until all the juice evaporates and the apples are left, add the cinnamon. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Step 3
Now prepare the dough - mix the eggs well with the sugar.
Step 4
Stirring continuously, add a little oil until you incorporate the whole amount.
Step 5
Mix the flour with the baking powder.
Step 6
Measure the amount of milk and finish the dough - so we have the mixture of eggs, sugar and oil - the mixture of flour and baking powder - and milk.
Step 8
Then add a little milk and mix again. So add them in rounds until all the flour and milk are finished.
Step 9
You should get a dough like a thicker cream, run a little but not like pancakes.
It came out a bit thick to me, and I added another half glass of milk.
Step 10
Spread the baking paper in the pan, or grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with flour and breadcrumbs.
Step 11
Pour half of the dough and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 12
Then take it out, put the low and cooled apples over the dough.
Step 13
Level well to evenly cover the entire surface of the dough.
Step 14
Pour the other half of the dough evenly over the entire surface and bake. Pay attention to the temperature, to be an average, about 150-180 degrees.
Step 15
Leave in the oven until well browned, but make sure it tends to bake faster underneath.
Step 16
Cut it when it cools well, powder with powdered sugar and serve with great appetite :)
Good appetite!
