It is a salad that I took from my godmother, I really liked how it looks, especially at a festive meal during the winter holidays. The ingredients are few and simple, it is prepared quickly and it is very tasty and filling. I recommend you consider it at the Christmas and New Year's table.

Peel and chop the onion. Put it in a deeper plate and pour vinegar to cover it well. Leave to marinate for half an hour, during this time boil the potatoes and eggs.
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. Cook in a little oil until well browned, add a little salt and pepper to taste.
After boiling the potatoes and eggs, peel them.
Start assembling the salad, use a larger flat plate, it will look better. The first layer is the meat, distribute it evenly over the whole plate.
Cut the eggs in half.
In a deeper bowl, mix the egg yolks with a little mayonnaise, salt and crushed garlic.
Fill the eggs with the yolk paste.
Drain the onion well from the vinegar and distribute it evenly over the meat.
The next layer is grated potatoes. Level and distribute evenly.
Grease the potatoes with plenty of mayonnaise.
Arrange the egg halves evenly over the salad.
Put the cheese through the smallest grater, to be plentiful and just above the salad - it's more even that way. You can let it penetrate for 1-2 hours, but it is not mandatory.
Good appetite!
