Step 1
Wash and clean the mushrooms. Put them to boil and let for 20 minutes.

Then let them drain and cool.
Step 3
Thinly cut all the mushrooms.
Step 5
When the sauce is ready, add the mushrooms.
Step 6
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Step 7
Then the finely chopped greens.
Step 8
Mix everything well and remove from the heat. That's the whole recipe, if you make another polenta, you'll eat your fingers too :)
