Step 1
Peel and wash the onion, then cut it into small pieces and fry it in a little oil.
Step 2
Put the tomatoes in hot water for 1 minute, then peel them and cut them into small cubes.
Add over the browned onion, mix well and let for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the salmon fillet well and cut into cubes, add to the onion and tomatoes mixture, let to cook for 10 minutes.

Finally add salt, pepper, fresh herbs and squize half a lemon.

Mix well and turn off the heat.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
