Weigh 1 kg of carrot, you can put another 1 piece in reserve.

Carrots are cleaned and washed well. Then they are grated, it should be a finer grater, so that the carrot comes out thin and long, like noodles. I used a special one for this type of salad.

Add vinegar, oil and spices according to the above quantities.

In this recipe the ingredient "coriander" is very important - it gives it a special aroma and taste. I found it in the supermarket in the form of grains and I ground it well.
Step 5
Mix the whole composition well with your hands and rub well until the carrot leaves juice.
Step 6
It can be eaten immediately, but it is much better if you leave it in the fridge overnight.
It can be stored for 1 month in a jar, well pressed and hermetically sealed.
Step 7
As I said it is perfect with meat and vegetable dishes.
