Step by step
Step 1
Put the butter in a pan and melt it over low heat.
Step 2
After it melts, pour it into a larger bowl, in which the dough will be prepared.
Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa over the butter, mix well with a whisk.
Step 3
Separately beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla.
Step 4
With a mixer, or whisk, beat the eggs and powdered sugar.
Step 5
Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cocoa butter, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Mix well with a whisk until the composition is homogeneous.
Step 7
Add flour and baking powder, raisins and nuts if you like, mix.
Step 8
Mix well, not to be lumpy.
Step 9
Grease a baking tray with butter and place baking paper on the bottom.
Step 10
Pour the dough into the pan and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 11
Try the cake with a toothpick, if no dough crumbs stick, it is baked. Let it cool, without taking it out of the oven, just open its door.
Step 12
To make it beautiful, I recommend the following trick: cut 2 lines of paper and put them over the cake.
You can put them in whatever shape you want.
Step 13
Sprinkle powdered sugar with a sieve over the cake.
Step 14
Pick up the papers carefully and here you have a beautiful and original cake :)
Good appetite!
