Step 1
First prepare the Pizza Dough and the Tomato Sauce, of course.
At the pizzeria, the dough is different, but you can prepare the pizza with my dough recipe or whichever other you like.
So, strech out the first pizza crust, place in the baking sheet and spread over 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with 1-2 handfuls of grated cheese/tofu on top.

Arrange the mushrooms cut into thin slices.

Then the julienned onion and the thin slices of bell pepper.

You can also add a few thin slices of zucchini.

Finally, sprinkle the top with another 1-2 handfuls of grated cheese/tofu.

Bake pizza in the preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
In the oven from the pizza place, this is done in 3-4 minutes at 400 degrees!
