Step 1
Slice the pork loin into approximately 1 cm thick slices and arrange them neatly in an oven tray.
Step 2
Evenly distribute the salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme over the pork loin slices.
Step 3
Slice the garlic cloves thinly and place about 3-4 slices on each piece of meat.
Drizzle the meat with some vegetable oil.
Step 4
Pour the white wine and half a glass of water into the oven tray. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and roast for 40-45 minutes.
Step 5
During the roasting process, some of the liquid should evaporate, leaving a small amount of flavorful sauce to serve with the meat.
