Step 1
Prepare and wash the meat.
Cut them all into medium-sized cubes - but be careful not to mix the types of meat with each other.
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a deeper pan. Next we will add the meat one by one and always start with the kind of meat that is harder to cook.
Here I started with the pork, I put it in the pan and I hardened it until it started to brown.
Step 3
Then I add the chicken breast in the pan, directly over the pork.
We let them cook together until the chicken started to brown.
Step 4
Now put the livers, they leave them a little (about 5 minutes), only when they harden easily - they should not be browned.
Step 5
Put the sausages, mix and cook for another 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 6
Then add the not very finely chopped onion - cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Pour the broth or diced tomatoes, make a high heat until it starts to boil.
Then add the bay leaf, turn down the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 8
After this time, add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the crushed garlic, mix well and turn off the heat.
Step 9
Serve with polenta and enjoy :)
