Step 1
Fresh green beans are cleaned and washed, put it for 5-6 minutes to boil in water, or about 10 minutes on steam (that's what I did).
If you have frozen beans, so use it, you do not need to prepare it in advance.
Step 2
In a pan put 1 tablespoon of oil, half a glass of water and julienned onion.
Cook until the onion is well softened.
Step 3
Add the frozen or boiled beans in time.
Stir and let the lid on slowly simmer, thaw and cook a little - in the version with frozen beans.
Step 4
Taste the beans to be cooked as you like - more al dente or softer.
Add eggs and mix quickly, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Suitable for salt, you can add a little ground pepper, possibly crushed garlic.
Step 6
It went well with pickles and a little yogurt sauce.
