Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and baking soda.

Add the whipped milk, stirring to prevent lumps.

You should have a thicker dough, like thick cream.

Finely chop the cabbage and onion (I made them on the robot) and add them to the dough.

Heat the pan well, add a little oil (I put about 1 tablespoon of oil in each round of oladii, I did not bathe them in oil to fry)
With a spoon, put the dough and bake them over medium to low heat.

Let it cook well, let the cabbage be made in them.
I leave them until they make air bubbles and the surface is no longer rough.
Step 7
Then I turn them over and let them cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Do this until you finish the dough, I got a big plate full of oladii.
Step 8
I served them with yogurt or sour cream.
