An interesting variant of garnish or simple potato dish, it is prepared quickly and easily. The potatoes come out fragrant and everyone will surely like them.
For those who do not consume wine in food, you can omit it.
Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and place in the oven tray.
Sprinkle with salt.
Add the garlic cut in half - do not grind it too hard, so that it does not burn in the oven.
In a bowl, mix the mustard with the oil and wine.
Pour this mixture over the potatoes, add curry (turrmeric and cumin if you like and you have) - mix well with your hands or a spoon.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
You may not cover it, but I noticed that this way they are done better and faster.
After this time, stir the potatoes a little and leave them uncovered in the oven until they are ready, about another 15 minutes.
It may need to be mixed again so that it does not brown too much at the bottom.
Serve as a garnish for a piece of meat, or as such with some salad or pickles.
Good appetite!
