I serve you today with a slice of tuna quiche, delicious, simple and fast. The tuna can be replaced with any canned fish (sardines, herring, mackerel, etc).
At the last step you also have a delicious section.
In a bowl, mix the butter with the sour cream.
Add flour, baking powder and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Knead the dough.
You will get a soft and fine dough, leave it aside until you prepare the filling.
Drain the oil / water well, add the greens, a little salt and pepper to taste - mix well.
Spread the tart dough in a baking dish greased with a little butter.
Put the fish filling, distribute it evenly.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Pour this mixture over the filling. Spread the whole surface with a spoon.
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes, until nicely browned and evenly browned.
After cooling, sprinkle a little green on top.
And serve with great pleasure :)
Good appetite!
