Looking for a healthier snack? Try these pita chips with flavorful spices and olive oil.
I crafted these using leftover Indian Flat Bread - Roti (even healthier with wholemeal flour), but you can also use store-bought pita, like the kind used for shawarma.
Cut the pita into squares or diamond shapes.
Place them in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on the spices and salt, and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Pop them into a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to stir them at least twice during this time.
Stay close by, as they cook quickly and may burn.
Allow them to cool down and savor this tasty and nutritious treat.
