Such green muffins will surely please everyone, both small and adults - and the biggest surprise hidden here is that green is actually SPINACH!
It is very important here to blend the spinach well, and then everyone will be amazed only by the beautiful green color of the baked goods.
I also made a cake from this dough, I baked 2 sheets of sponge cake with spinach and whipped cream, see the latest pictures for details. So, I recommend - they are made very quickly, simply and another delicious method to introduce spinach in the family menu.
In a bowl beat eggs, add sugar and mix well with a whisk or mixer.
Stirring the oil continuously.
Thawed spinach in a blender. The better you pass it, the more beautiful the baking will be.
To the composition of eggs, sugar and oil add the mashed spinach, mix.
And lastly, add the flour, baking powder and flavors - add a little flour, you should get a dough like a thick cream.
I filled the muffin tins about halfway with this composition and baked them at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
After they cool, serve them with great pleasure - mine did and they did :)
And the proof, she didn't let anyone approach her green muffins ...
As I told you, this dough can also be made into a cake or some pandispan sheets. From which you can make a "pistachio" cake or a "pistachio" cake.
From a portion of dough comes a pandispan for a sheet.
So I baked 2 sheets of 2 servings of dough (double the amount of ingredients in the recipe).
I cut the convex tips so that the sheets are straighter. The leftovers are used for decoration and eating :)
I filled it with whipped cream and I syruped the top with honey tea and almond essence.
Beautifully decorated with whipped cream and sprinkled with crumbs from the cut tops - a kind of shredded "pistachio" :)
Too bad the beautiful green color doesn't look good in the pictures ...
Here's a section as proof.
Very good, simple and effective.
Good appetite!
