When I discovered this recipe, I tried it right away, and we absolutely loved it, especially Sofia! These pancakes are fragrant, fluffy, and delicious. Make sure to keep this recipe, as it's truly worth it, perfect for those who care about the health of their loved ones.
For a fasting version, simply replace the milk with oat milk or apple juice.
Grate the apples, or cut them into cubes.
I used the food processor, but not too finely.
Pour the milk, oil, sugar, and salt into a bowl, then add the apples.
Add flour and baking powder, mixing with a whisk.
If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk until it reaches a yogurt-like consistency.
Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, heat a non-stick pan well, grease it lightly with oil, and cook the pancakes by spoonfuls.
Cook over medium heat, allowing time for the apples to soften.
Brown them well on both sides.
I prefer to cook them on a dry pan, greased only initially with a little oil, but you can also fry them with more oil for a softer, richer texture.
Serve hot with sour cream, and any jam you like.
Enjoy!
