Here are 2 ways to make ice cream:
- use the ice cream machine - that's what I did now - pour the cream in the car and let it do its job.
- put the cream in the freezer and beat it every 30 minutes - to open the ice crystals - that's what I did until I got my ice cream machine.
Notice that after a while it thickens well (in the ice cream machine).
Put it in a box and leave it in the freezer for 1 hour.
And ready, serve it with what you like - here I put some condensed milk with cocoa.
