Yes, I would say it's a pizza worthy of being called that - an upgrade to a simple pizza that will give the feeling of "Wow!" to anyone and immediately a great desire to break out of the delicious "crown".
You can make it with any filling, here we have combined some turkey sausages with various: corn, ham, onion, pepper, green olives.
You can make the wreath from smoked sausages or cheese (it can melt and flow a little, but it's delicious anyway).
Prepare the pizza dough, follow all the steps.
Divide it into 2 balls and in turn form each pizza.
Spread the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin. Put it on the table with a piece of baking paper, tear a larger piece of paper to fit your countertop well and there is little room left.
Spread the dough a little more than usual to make room for the edges.
On the edges, place the cheese cut into thick slices as in the picture.
Wrap the cheese with the dough from the edges.
Cut the roll into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Turn each cut piece with the section up.
While turning the rolls, you may not feel well, but after turning them all over, arrange them lightly with your hands so that they are round pizza.
Do the same with the sausage filling.
Roll, cut, turn.
Slightly arrange the edges so that the pizza is perfectly round.
Then put the ingredients like any pizza - I put quick mayonnaise , ground pepper + cheese + ham + sausages + peppers + olives and red onions.
Carefully place the pizza on the large baking tray - here you will also see the usefulness of the baking paper - carefully grasp the paper and move the pizza to the tray.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven, about 35 minutes at 200 degrees, until nicely browned.
Here you see the one with cheese, it melted a little but it was extraordinarily good.
And the one with sausages, more handsome, more regal :)
Good appetite!
