Crown Pizza
This is truly a pizza that deserves its royal name. It's an exceptional twist on a classic pizza that will amaze everyone with its impressive appearance and provoke a craving for the irresistible "crown".
Feel free to customize the filling to your preference. In this version, we've mixed turkey sausages with an assortment of corn, ham, onion, pepper, and green olives.
You can create the crown using smoked sausages or cheese. While the cheese may melt and overflow slightly, it adds a delightful flavor.

Step by step
Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough, following all the steps provided.
Divide it into 2 balls and shape each into a pizza.
Spread the dough using your hands or a rolling pin. Lay it on a piece of baking paper slightly larger than your countertop for easy handling.
Step 2
Roll out the dough slightly larger than usual to accommodate the edges.
Place thick slices of cheese along the edges, as shown in the picture.
Step 3
Wrap the dough over the cheese along the edges to enclose it.
Step 4
Slice the wrapped edge into pieces approximately 1 cm thick.
Step 5
Turn each slice with the cut side facing up.
Step 6
As you flip each piece, they might seem unbalanced, but gently adjust them with your hands to form a round pizza.
Step 7
Repeat the process with the sausage-filled dough.
Step 8
Roll, slice, and turn the slices upright.
Step 9
Neatly adjust the edges to form a perfectly round pizza.
Step 10
Top the pizza with your choice of ingredients. I used quick mayonnaise, ground pepper, cheese, ham, sausages, peppers, olives, and red onions.
Carefully transfer the pizza to a large baking tray by holding the edges of the baking paper.
Step 11
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
The cheese version may melt slightly, enhancing its flavor.
Step 12
The sausage version looks impressive and truly kingly. Enjoy your meal!
