Very nice and beautiful thumbprint cookies, they look grate on a Christmas table and for sure will be very appreciated by your guests and family.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the jam.
Mix well with a mixer, I used the spirals from it.
Then gather the dough with your hands.
Form a ball of dough, wrap in a bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After this time, cut the dough into small pieces.
Form small balls from each piece and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Exactly one tray will come out of these quantities.
Use your finger to dig into the middle of each ball.
Bake them for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, until they start to brown slightly.
Allow to cool then put a little jam in each recess, I put raspberries no-cook jam.
Let the jam dry a little overnight, it will be easier to store and eat, not to get dirty.
Powder with sugar and serve.
Very good, tender, fragrant and very fine, I definitely recommend them.
Good appetite!
