Step by step
Step 1
Cut the bread into triangles. If the bread is not dense, lightly toast it in a pan.
Step 2
Spread each slice with mayonnaise or butter.
Step 3
Arrange the fish along the longer side of the triangle.
On the opposite side, place a slice of tomato, such as half a cherry tomato.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh herbs and red onion slices as desired.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy!
