It is a classic food and one of the favorites of many, especially children. If you don't know what combination of pasta with something to make, try pasta pudding - surely the whole family will like it, except for those who count calories.
The chicken breast is cut into small pieces and put to harden in a little oil - stir periodically.
When the meat starts to brown, add the finely chopped mushrooms or the canned ones drained well of water.
Stir and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Then season with salt and pepper, turn off the heat.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the label, wash it well with cold water and put it in a deep bowl.
In a smaller bowl, mix (with a fork or fork) eggs with sour cream, a little salt and pepper.
In the pasta bowl, add the finely chopped Telemea cheese with your hands or a fork.
Then add the mushrooms and meat, pour the egg and sour cream mixture all over.
All this mixed well, put in a deep oven tray (greased with a little oil or butter) and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Serve it immediately or let it harden for at least another 15-20 minutes.
If you serve it hotter, it won't hold up perfectly, such a section as in the picture can be done when the pudding is hot, not hot.
Good appetite!
