I told you before that I really like Russian pancake recipes - they are masters in various recipes for special, tasty and good-looking pancakes. So this recipe caught my attention first of all that it is made of oatmeal, and that it had a lot of positive opinions on the forum where I found it.
I got some wonderful pancakes! Slightly thick, tasty, soft but at the same time slightly greasy from oatmeal. In addition, it is easy to prepare, just be careful to soak the oatmeal and semolina for 2 hours before preparing the pancakes.
In a bowl put the oatmeal and semolina.
Add the kefir, mix well with a whisk and let it soften for 2 hours.
After this time add the rest of the ingredients and mix well again so that they are not lumpy.
Heat a pan well, grease it with a brush with a little oil and pour 1 tablespoon of dough into the pan.
Bake over medium heat, when air bubbles start to come out and there are no more liquid portions on the surface, turn them on the other side.
They brown nicely on both sides.
This is how you make all the dough, don't grease the pan with oil at all (I used a Teflon pan).
And ready, they are good hot and cold served with whatever you like - jam, jam, sour cream, honey, etc.
Good appetite!
