Oatmeal and Semolina Pancakes

Oatmeal and Semolina Pancakes

I've always been fond of Russian pancake recipes because they excel in creating unique, delicious, and visually appealing pancakes. I was intrigued by this particular recipe because it uses oatmeal and had numerous positive reviews on the forum where I discovered it.

These pancakes turned out wonderfully! They're slightly thick, flavorful, soft, and just a bit oily due to the oatmeal. Plus, they're easy to make. Just remember to soak the oatmeal and semolina for 2 hours before preparing the pancakes.

Ingredients

Oat flakes
1 cup

Semolina
1 cup

Buttermilk/Youghurt/Kefir

Baking soda
0.5 tsp

Salt
0.5 tsp

Step 4

Heat a pan and lightly grease it with a little oil using a brush. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the pan.

Cook on medium heat. When air bubbles form and the surface is no longer liquid, flip to the other side.
