I used to say that beautiful biscuits can only be bought commercially, it seems that this is not the case. I came across this recipe on a forum and I immediately applied it, no one thought they were homemade. Someone told me that he has at home exactly like these, bbut bought from the store!
It is prepared so quickly and beautifully, it is really worth trying - apricot jam is perfect here, the aroma and color match very well. But you can use any other jam you like and have around the house, I recommend it to be a bit denser.
In a bowl, beat the soft butter and powdered sugar well with the mixer.
Add the egg whites and mix.
Next comes the vanilla essence and flour - mix well, it is good with the mixer, to be a more uniform composition.
A softer dough will come out, good to pass through a baking sheet.
Place the dough in a pos (preferably with a larger dui) and lightly form the popcorn in a Teflon baked tray.
Make dips with your finger in the middle of each cookie.
Put a little jam in these depressions.
Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200 degrees - 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to brown too much, just to be slightly browned on the edges.
Let it cool and serve with great pleasure :)
Good appetite!
