Step 1
Heat the oil in a deeper pan - very important here to heat the oil, not just heated.
Then add the chicken breast cut thin and long - mix.
Step 2
After 5 minutes add the thicker julienned zucchini - stir periodically.
Step 3
After another 5 minutes, add the soy sauce, dried parsley and pepper - stir and leave for another 2 minutes on the fire.
Be careful with the salt, the soy sauce being salty, you don't need much salt.
Step 4
And that's it, I recommend that you don't leave the pan on the fire any longer - you might have the impression that the meat and vegetables are not cooked so quickly, but you should know that they are made very well.
Otherwise you risk making the zucchini puree.
Step 5
You can serve it on a pea puree (recipe will follow) or as such, with any favorite garnish or salad.
Step 6
Here separate the pea puree and food.
