A simple recipe but with good results - the pudding comes out soft and very fine. Be careful here that the farmers cheese is dry and soft - do not take the cream cheese, it may not catch the pudding.
The quantities are for a small tray - about 15 cm in diameter, if you don't have it - double the quantities or you will have a not very high pudding.
Mix the cold milk with the wheat semolina and set aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix well the composition to be very fine and soft.
Grease the pudding tray with butter and sprinkle a little semolina.
In the cheese composition add the milk with semolina and blend once more.
Pour this mixture into the pan and level well.
Put the tray in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees - until nicely browned.
Then take it out and let it cool.
It returns to a plate / bottom and is ready to serve.
