This straightforward recipe delivers excellent results with a pudding that's soft and delicate. Ensure your farmers cheese is dry and tender; avoid cream cheese as it may not allow the pudding to set properly.
The ingredient quantities are suited for a small baking pan, approximately 15 cm in diameter. If you don't have a small pan, double the ingredients to avoid a too flat pudding.
Mix the cold milk with the semolina and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle a small amount of semolina.
Add the milk and semolina to the cheese mixture and blend again.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and level it.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown. Once done, remove and let cool.
Flip onto a plate and it's ready to serve.
Enjoy your meal!
