Mix the cold milk with the semolina and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle a small amount of semolina.
Step 4
Add the milk and semolina to the cheese mixture and blend again.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and level it.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown. Once done, remove and let cool.
Step 7
Flip onto a plate and it's ready to serve.
