450 ml
semi-sweet red champagne is also perfect for Sangria

Cinnamon powder
0.5 tsp

Sparkling water
1 cup
adds a bit of sourness

Fresh fruits
0.5 cups

Step by step
Step 1
Pour the wine into a bowl.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemons.
Step 3
Pour the juice into the wine bowl and mix.
Step 4
Add a few lemon peels and oranges cut into small pieces, along with the cinnamon.
Step 5
Add other fruits cut into small pieces.
Step 6
Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, add a little sparkling water to make it a bit more acidic.
Serve quickly, as the drink should not be left until the next day. If there is any leftover, remove the fruit and store the liquid in a bottle.
Step 8
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Serve cold with pieces of fruits in the glass.
