A recipe that can safely compare with the Berliner Donuts recipe, but they are much faster to prepare and also have a perfect taste and texture. They are soft, fragrant, tender, fluffy - in my opinion I would only make such donuts.
Peel an apple, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put in a bowl and add sour cream, yogurt and cheese.
Then add the egg, sugar, oil, salt, cinnamon and vanilla essence - mix the composition well with a whisk or mixer.
Add flour and baking powder, mix well with a fork.
It will be a liquid dough but thicker.
Heat the oil well in a pan or chop - be sure to pour both oil and cover the donuts halfway.
Put a teaspoon in hot oil and brown over medium heat.
Brown them on the other side as well.
Then take them out on a paper towel to absorb the oil from them.
About 20-25 donuts come out, serve them with what you like - yogurt, sour cream, jam, honey, etc.
Here is a section, very representative - fluffy and tender.
Good appetite!
