This celery dish is usually made by my sister-in-law, I still wanted to ask for the recipe because we were very impressed. I never thought celery could taste so perfect. I've already done it to my husband twice in a week.

Celery is cleaned, washed and cut into medium cubes.
Pour a little oil into a pan and heat the celery over medium heat.
Periodically stir until nicely browned and turn off the heat.
While the celery is being made, wash the chicken breast, cut it into cubes and also put it in a well-heated pan with a little oil.
The meat will leave the water, keep it on the fire until the water evaporates completely and the meat starts to brown.
Add the celery to the meat and let it cook for another 5 minutes together.
Then season with salt and pepper, stir.
Cover the tray with a lid and let the ingredients and flavors penetrate well over low heat for 10 minutes.
After this time, taste the celery and the meat, if they are done, turn off the heat. If not, leave the lid on.
Serve with any favorite vegetable / salad.
