A simple recipe, but the small details make the difference - everyone will surely like it, even Sofia ate them very well. You can replace the fresh mushrooms with the canned ones, you can add some of your favorite cheeses on top (in case you are not fasting).
In a deep frying pan pour the oil, add the washed mushrooms and cut into cubes.
Allow to cool well, stirring regularly.
When the water drops from the mushrooms and they start to brown, add the finely chopped onion - leave for 5 minutes, stirring periodically.
Then add the chopped tomatoes, mix and let the whole composition boil for about 10 minutes, don't forget to mix.
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the sauce - leave for another 5 minutes on medium / low heat.
Season the sauce with paprika, pepper, salt - mix well and leave on the fire for another 2-3 minutes.
And that's about it for the sauce - you can still improvise, but not too much - many ingredients spoil, just like if you put too few.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package - be careful not to leave them too long.
Serve the pasta with the mushroom sauce, possibly sprinkled with cheese / parmesan ...
Good appetite!
