Step 1
Grind the almonds a little, but not really the flour, so that the pieces are smaller.

In a bowl put oatmeal, almonds, sugar, rye flour, cinnamon.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and start mixing the dough - first you can with a spoon then with your hands.
Step 5
It will be a more sticky dough, leave it like this in the bowl.
Step 6
Break small pieces of dough with your hands, form balls and lightly flatten them - thus form the biscuits and arrange them in an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Step 7
Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 15-20 minutes. However, take care that they are made very quickly - if you keep them longer they will burn and harden.
Step 8
And ready, serve with what you like - milk, tea, coffee, etc. I am a healthy and tasty breakfast, dessert or snack.
