Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes

Unexpectedly super good - I was skeptical even during the preparation process, but no, I said take it to the end. And I did well, when I tasted them I said "Wow!" - very tender, wonderful texture, perfect taste, you don't even say I'm fasting.

I really recommend them, I will definitely repeat them.

White flour
1 cup
Oat flour
1 cup
Water
2 cups
Sugar
1 tsp
it can be even more, if you want them sweeter
Active dry yeast
0.5 tsp
Salt
0.5 tsp
Sunflower oil
50 ml
Food flavours
1 tbsp
vanilla, cinnamon, etc. - according to preferences

In a bowl put white flour and oatmeal, pour water and mix with a whisk :)

Add the yeast and sugar, mix.

Cover the bowl with something and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After this time add salt and oil, mix and leave for another 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with a little oil - and grease it with oil only the first time, then you don't have to.

Pour with a larger spoon or polish a little pancake batter and bake them on both sides, until nicely browned.

I preferred to make them a little smaller, in a bigger pan I put 3 pancakes.
