I'm sure it won't sound good from the start, but I still suggest you try it - it was a surprise for me and my husband. Instead of cheese I used tofu (it's perfect here), but you can also put any vegan cheese - I don't use it, I try to use as little as possible the things made from vegetable fats. And of course you can "play" with vegetables according to your preferences.
Until the dough grows, prepare the ingredients for the topping.
Cut the peppers, olives, etc.
Cut the onion in half and heat it in a little oil.
When the onion starts to brown slightly, add the chopped mushrooms, drained well of water. Stir, let simmer for 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, and turn off the heat.
The dough is worked a little, it is divided into 2 pieces and each one is spread in a pizza tray greased with a little oil.
Grease the surface of the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano, basil and possibly dried garlic - or any combination of your favorite spices.
Sprinkle grated tofu over the sauce.
Then put the hardened mushrooms.
And the peppers cut with olives.
Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
After removing from the oven, leave it in the tray for another 5-10 minutes, to penetrate, then serve with a quality ketchup.
Good appetite!
