Cauliflower Celery Root Soup

I was telling you that for a while I started making cream soups often, they are very good - tasty, healthy, easy to prepare and look perfect. If you have fussy people in the family with vegetables, you will surely solve them with cream soup, they will not realize what it has there, but they like the taste - tested on fofty kids too.

It would be good to combine it with some croutons for extra consistency and flavor, you have a homemade croutons on the site.

If you are not fasting, you can add in the soup and sweet cream, about 100 ml, for a more intense taste - but I guarantee you - and in the vegan version it is very fragrant and good.

When it starts to boil, add the oil, the bay leaf, turn down the heat and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.

After this time, remove the bay leaf and blend the composition well.

Season with salt, if you want it more liquid add boiled water or a little sweet liquid cream.

Add the parsley, simmer for 1 minute.
