Peel the grapefruit.
Mix the yogurt with the honey - you can vary the quantities according to your taste and preferences.
Put a first layer of grapefruit pulp in a glass.
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of yogurt with honey on top.
Put another layer and yogurt on top.
The last and most beautiful layer must be of larger pieces of grapefruits.
And ready, the dessert can be served immediately or after it stays in the fridge for a while - delicious and perfectly healthy.
