I usually post more interesting chicken dishes, but look, I didn't really have them with steaks. For a while, after I practiced in the restaurant with steaks, I got up the courage. I know it's an ordinary simple food, but try it and see that it's just as simple and spoil it, especially if you don't have the right meat.
I now went for the most common option, I took a chicken breast, which you can either spoil completely (doing a dry and hard thing) or a tender, soft and juicy steak.
I tell you it's the best thing I do, fast, simple, dietary and very, very good - I think it will work well for many users.
I served with Hollandaise Sauce and a simple salad of fresh vegetables, it can't be better!
Before starting work, turn on the oven, to heat it well.
The chicken breast, if you have not already deboned it, is cleaned of the skin, removed from the bones and cut in half.
I already took 4 halves, you know how you work with raw chicken breast.
I cut the small fillet, and put it aside - this will be the first piece of steak, smaller, but just as good.
The chest is turned upside down and cut to the side - see picture. This is to make the fillets thinner and more beautiful.
And so we get 3 pieces of steaks, thinner and more elegant.
Do the same with the other pieces of meat.
The pieces of meat are arranged on a larger bottom or plate, sprinkle ground pepper on top and possibly other herbs that you like (but do not overdo it). Grease each tab with a little oil - you do this with either a brush or your hands.
Then turn the meat on the other side and also, add the spices and oil.
The meat thus semi-prepared can be left more in the refrigerator for flavoring or cooked immediately.
Heat the grill pan well, here it really means that it is very hot - even smoke comes out of it, or if you stop a little water it makes small balls and salt. Put the pieces of meat on the grill and leave for about 2-3 minutes.
Then turn them on the other side and leave for another 2-3 minutes.
Thus, all the pieces of steaks are made, arranged in an oven tray and left in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for another 15 minutes.
And ready, it is served immediately, it is enjoyed because you have certainly never eaten such a good chicken breast :)
