I really recommend you to try them and keep them in mind on every occasion. At home Sofia does not eat mushrooms, here in muffins she accepted them and ate very well.
Out of these quantities come 10 muffins, if you want to make more or a savoury cake (it works like that) it would be good to double the quantities.
First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, plus the cheese given by a small grater.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, finely chopped mushrooms and oil.
Add the liquid mixture to the one with the dry ingredients and mix everything well with a whisk so that they are not lumpy.
Fill the muffin tins (possibly silicone) to about 2/3 of the height.
Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until nicely browned.
They are good and warm and cold, I even recommend them as a festive aperitif and as a quick family treat.
